What started as a personal passion project quickly evolved into something much bigger.

BEMS was founded by Brandon X. Leon in 2023 with one simple belief: every brand deserves bold ideas.
After spending more than a decade leading marketing initiatives across multiple industries, Brandon recognized a gap in the marketplace. Businesses weren't looking for another agency to simply complete projects. They wanted a creative partner capable of challenging conventional thinking and delivering memorable ideas that helped their brands stand apart.
What began as a personal passion project quickly evolved into a full-service creative agency focused on strategy, storytelling, branding, graphic design, photography, video production, and integrated marketing.
Today, Brandon leads BEMS's creative vision, ensuring every project combines strategic thinking with innovative execution.
