Tally Body began with family, long before it became a business.
Growing up playing sports, fitness and physical activity were always part of my life. But my first experience helping someone transform their health wasn't with a paying client or inside a professional training program. It was with my mom.
In 2012, my mom weighed more than 400 pounds and lived with constant physical pain. Watching someone I loved struggle every day made me believe that the knowledge, discipline, and passion I had developed through sports and fitness could be used for something much more meaningful.
I offered to help her.
What began as one daughter helping her mother became the foundation for everything Tally Body would eventually represent. We worked together through the challenges, setbacks, victories, and lifestyle changes that come with a significant transformation.
By 2016, my mom had lost approximately 200 pounds.
That experience changed both of our lives.
It taught me that transformation isn't simply about changing someone's appearance. Behind every person trying to change their body is a human being who needs someone in their corner—someone who believes in them, holds them accountable, listens to them, challenges them, celebrates their progress, and continues showing up when things become difficult.
My family believed in what I was doing before Tally Body had a name. That belief became part of the foundation of the business.
Today, I bring that same philosophy to every person I coach. Everyone deserves someone in their corner. Not simply a trainer, but a coach, advocate, and partner who believes in what they are capable of becoming.
